16-inch 180Hz gaming laptop

The Acer Nitro 16 is a 16.0-inch Windows 11 gaming laptop built around an AMD Ryzen 7 260 octa-core processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 laptop GPU with 8 GB GDDR7 memory. It ships with 32 GB DDR5 memory and a 2 TB PCIe SSD after the supplier upgrade. The 1920 x 1200 WUXGA panel runs at 180 Hz for smooth motion in competitive titles.

RTX 5060 8 GB GDDR7 graphics

The single specification that decides fit is the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 laptop GPU with 8 GB GDDR7 video memory. This GPU tier targets 1080p and 1200p gaming at high refresh rates, so the 180 Hz panel can be driven in modern titles. Buyers who want more VRAM for 1440p ultra textures or professional GPU compute workloads should look elsewhere.

Ports and connectivity for a complete setup

Three USB-A 3.2 ports, one USB-C 4 port, HDMI 2.1, Gigabit Ethernet and a MicroSD card reader handle peripherals, external displays and wired networking without a dock. Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 provide modern wireless headroom. The 720p webcam and 4-zone RGB keyboard cover streaming and low-light typing, freeing desk space for a mouse and headset.
