24-Core Threadripper PRO Workstation

This workstation pairs a 24-core Threadripper PRO 9965WX CPU with 512GB of DDR5 ECC memory and an RTX 5090 32GB GPU. It is built for professionals who need high core counts and large GPU memory for rendering, simulation or AI workloads. The system includes 8TB of NVMe storage and a 10TB SATA HDD. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed.

PCIe 4.0 NVMe and SATA storage limits

The two 4TB NVMe drives use PCIe 4.0 x4, delivering up to 7450 MB/s read and 6900 MB/s write speeds. The 10TB hard drive connects via SATA 6Gb/s with a 256 MB cache. Motherboard M.2 slots are wired for PCIe 4.0, so newer PCIe 5.0 drives would run at the slower 4.0 speeds. LAN connectivity provides two ports.

sTR5 socket and 1600W PSU requirements

The motherboard uses the sTR5 socket and WRX90E chipset, so the CPU cannot be swapped for a different socket type. The 1600W 80+ Titanium power supply feeds the 24-core CPU and RTX 5090 GPU; verify that your mains circuit can sustain this draw. The Corsair 7000D case measures 600 x 248 x 550 mm and includes front 140mm and rear 140mm fans. Ensure desk or rack space fits these dimensions.
