Built for heavy compute

This workstation pairs a 24-core AMD Threadripper PRO 9965WX with 512GB of DDR5 ECC memory and an Nvidia RTX A400 4GB GPU. It targets professionals who run large simulations, rendering jobs or AI workloads that demand high core counts and error-correcting RAM. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro and dual LAN ports for network redundancy.

24 cores and 512GB ECC RAM decide fit

The CPU delivers 24 cores and 48 threads at a 4.2GHz base clock with up to 5.3GHz boost and 128MB L3 cache. Memory capacity is fixed at 512GB of DDR5 ECC across the TRX50 platform. Buyers who need more than 24 cores or a different memory configuration should look elsewhere.

Liquid CPU cooling with a 1200W Gold PSU

A 360mm quiet-edition AIO handles the Threadripper heat load while the case uses front and rear 120mm fans for airflow. The Thermaltake 1200W 80 PLUS Gold supply uses Japanese capacitors and a 140mm low-noise fan with over-voltage, under-voltage, over-power and short-circuit protection.

Questions about this item

What does the 24-core Threadripper PRO 9965WX deliver in a real workstation?

The 24-core Threadripper PRO 9965WX runs at 4.2 GHz base with up to 5.3 GHz boost and 128 MB L3 cache, giving 48 threads for heavy multi-threaded workloads such as rendering, simulation and large dataset processing.

What interface do the three Samsung 990 PRO SSDs use and what does it cap in practice?

Each 990 PRO connects via PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2, delivering sequential reads up to 7450 MB/s and writes up to 6900 MB/s, so the bus caps sustained throughput at those figures.

What does the Corsair 5000D FRAME case need to fit the 360 mm AIO cooler and the RTX A400?

The 520 mm deep case supports a 360 mm radiator at the front or top and has room for a dual-slot RTX A400, with internal bays for two 3.5-inch and four 2.5-inch drives.
