24-Core Threadripper PRO Workstation

This new Adamant Custom workstation pairs a 24-core AMD Threadripper PRO 9965WX processor running at 4.2 GHz with 256 GB of DDR5 ECC memory. A 360 mm liquid cooler and 1200 W 80 PLUS Gold power supply support sustained workloads. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed on a Gigabyte TRX50 AERO D motherboard.

Professional creators and AI developers

The 24 cores and 48 threads suit multi-threaded rendering, simulation and AI-ready tasks that demand high memory capacity. Buyers who only need single-threaded performance or a smaller memory footprint should look at something else.

6 TB NVMe and 10 TB HDD storage

Two Samsung 990 PRO drives provide 6 TB of NVMe storage with sequential reads up to 7450 MB/s and writes up to 6900 MB/s. A 10 TB SATA hard drive adds bulk capacity. The GeForce RTX 5060 8 GB handles GPU acceleration but limits users needing more VRAM or multi-GPU scaling.

Questions about this item

What power supply capacity does the Threadripper PRO 9965WX workstation require to run the RTX 5060 and 24-core CPU?

The system ships with a Thermaltake Toughpower 1200W 80 PLUS Gold unit that includes over-voltage, under-voltage, over-power and short-circuit protection for the CPU and GPU.

Can I keep my existing SATA III hard drives and plug them into the GIGABYTE TRX50 AERO D motherboard?

Yes, the board provides eight SATA 6Gb/s ports so your current SATA III drives will connect directly without adapters.

How do I verify the Samsung 990 PRO SSDs are delivering their rated 7450 MB/s read and 6900 MB/s write speeds after setup?

Run a sequential benchmark such as CrystalDiskMark on each M.2 NVMe drive and confirm results approach 7450 MB/s read and 6900 MB/s write.
