OMSI 2 Bus Company Simulator DLC

This downloadable content adds career modes and company management to OMSI 2 Steam Edition. Published by Aerosoft GmbH in 2017, it arrives as an online Steam code for immediate activation. The expansion introduces single-player and multiplayer career paths with a persistent economy system.

Simulator fans who own the base game

Players wanting structured progression, depot ownership and bus maintenance will find the new career layer rewarding. Multiplayer depots allow cooperative play with friends online. Buyers without OMSI 2 Steam Edition cannot use this DLC, and activation is blocked in several listed countries. Offline play is not supported due to the permanent internet requirement.

Requires OMSI 2 Steam Edition v2.3.004

The single specification that decides compatibility is ownership of the exact base game version on Steam. Minimum PC requirements include Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10 (64-bit), 8 GB RAM, a graphics card with 2 GB video memory and 5 GB free storage. A Steam account and constant internet connection are mandatory for activation and gameplay.

Questions about this item

What comes with the Aerosoft 43124 DLC code and do I need anything else to play?

You receive a Steam activation code for the Bus Company Simulator DLC. The base game OMSI 2: Steam Edition must already be owned on the same Steam account, plus a permanent internet connection and Steam client are required.

Is this the only version of the Bus Company Simulator add-on or are there other editions to choose from?

Model 43124 is the single downloadable edition published by Aerosoft in 2017; no alternative capacities or physical versions are listed for this DLC.

What does the 5 GB storage requirement mean once the DLC is installed on my PC?

The add-on occupies roughly 5 GB of drive space after activation through Steam, and the base game must be updated to version 2.3.004 or later for the career modes and economy system to function.
