Hamburg HafenCity DLC

The Aerosoft GmbH 43986 add-on expands OMSI 2 with two modern hybrid buses and authentic routes through Hamburg's Speicherstadt and HafenCity districts. It is built for simulator fans who already own the base game and want new urban driving challenges. The downloadable content activates on Steam and requires an existing OMSI 2: Steam Edition installation.

Steam activation and base game required

This DLC delivers an online game code that redeems on Steam, so a Steam account and internet connection are mandatory for installation. It cannot run standalone; the base game OMSI 2: Steam Edition must be present in the same library. The package adds roughly 18.6 km of new roads and more than 50 bus stops without changing the core simulator engine.

Sustained urban route operation

Minimum specifications call for Windows 7, 8 or 10, a dual-core 3 GHz processor, 4 GB RAM, 1 GB VRAM and DirectX 9.0c with 4 GB storage. Under continuous play the add-on runs the same engine version 2.2.032 as the base game, so long sessions behave identically to the original routes. Players without the base game or a Steam account cannot launch the content at all.
