AkiTiO
A five-speed PCIe card adding 10 Gbps Ethernet over Cat 6a up to 100 m with auto-negotiation down to 100 Mbps
This AkiTiO card adds a single RJ45 port that negotiates at 10Gbps, 5Gbps, 2.5Gbps, 1Gbps or 100Mbps. It uses the Aquantia AQtion AQC107s controller over a PCI Express Gen-3 x4 host bus interface. The board is suited to workstations and servers that need multi-gigabit wired throughput on existing copper cabling.
The card fits a standard PCI-Express slot and presents a 64-bit PCI/PCI-X bus width. Driver support is required for the AQC107s controller; most modern operating systems include it. Ensure the slot provides an x4 electrical link so the 10Gbps line rate is not bottlenecked. Use Cat-6A cable for full 10Gbps at 100m or Cat-6 for 5Gbps operation.
Builders upgrading a desktop or rack server to NBASE-T speeds without rewiring will benefit from the auto-negotiation and 16K Jumbo Frame support. Buyers who need fibre connectivity, multiple ports, or a lower-profile bracket should look at a different adapter. The single-port design also limits link aggregation scenarios.

Check the OS network adapter status or switch port LEDs; they will show a 10 Gbps link when auto-negotiation completes with Cat 6a cabling up to 100 m.
The card itself is included; you must provide Cat 5e, Cat 6 or Cat 6a patch cables and an available PCI Express x4 slot.
Cat 6 supports up to 5 Gbps at 100 m; the card will auto-negotiate to 5G, 2.5G, 1G or 100M depending on the link partner.
