Two-drawer mobile pedestal file for office storage

The Alera PB54-2819BL provides two 12-inch high file drawers that accommodate letter and legal folders. A full-length recessed pull allows easy opening. Four casters, two of which lock, give mobility and stability. A built-in counterweight prevents tipping when a loaded drawer is extended. The black finish suits professional environments.

Check floor space and drawer clearance before

The unit measures 14 7/8 inches wide, 19 1/8 inches deep and 27 3/4 inches high. Verify that the intended location can accept this footprint and that the drawers can open fully without obstruction. Confirm the casters are suitable for the floor surface in your workspace. Ensure the locking mechanism meets any security requirements for stored documents.

Sustained daily use with full drawers

The counterweight keeps the pedestal stable when a heavily loaded drawer remains open for extended filing sessions. Locking casters hold the unit in place during repeated access. High-sided drawers maintain folder alignment over time. The full-length pull withstands frequent operation without flex. The steel construction supports continuous letter and legal filing demands.
