Pen-style wireless mouse for handwriting input

The allentian PR-A18 is a red pen-shaped mouse that connects via a 2.4 GHz USB receiver for plug-and-play use. Its ergonomic barrel suits a natural hand grip and supports handwriting, drawing and standard cursor control on PCs, tablets, phones and smart TVs.

1600 dpi sensor with three adjustable steps

The photoelectric engine delivers 1600 dpi maximum resolution across three selectable gears for precise positioning. A 500 mAh battery provides up to 48 hours of continuous use or five months on standby, and the working range extends to 10 metres.

Touch-wheel navigation replaces a scroll wheel

Instead of a traditional wheel, the pen uses a touch-sensitive strip for vertical scrolling. Buyers who need a conventional scroll wheel or additional programmable buttons will find this design does not meet those requirements.

Questions about this item

Will the 2.4 GHz wireless receiver work with my older desktop that only has USB 2.0 ports?

Yes, the USB receiver is plug-and-play and uses a standard USB interface, so it will work with USB 2.0 ports on older desktops.

How can I confirm the 1600 dpi sensor is tracking correctly after I plug in the receiver?

Move the pen on a flat surface; the cursor should respond smoothly at up to 10 m range, and you can cycle through the three adjustable resolution gears using the pen buttons.

Does the package include a wall charger for the 500 mAh battery, or only the charging cable?

The box contains the mouse pen, USB receiver, instruction manual, fabric bag, two adapters, a charging cable, and a base; a separate wall charger is not included.
