The Alphacool Panama HF38 is a PCIe slot cover that routes four water-cooling lines between internal components and external radiators or reservoirs. It installs in a standard expansion slot using a three-part tool-free assembly that seals with two O-rings. Black POM and zinc-coated steel construction keeps the bracket rigid while preserving full flow through an 18 mm inner diameter.

This bracket suits custom-loop builders who want to run tubing outside the chassis while keeping neighbouring slots free.
