Adjustable brass SLI bridge spans 41mm to 69mm with G 1/4in threads for custom GPU loops
The Bykski G 1/4in SLI/CF Expansion Joint bridges the gap between two graphics-card water blocks in a custom loop. Its adjustable length lets builders match the exact spacing of their specific cards without cutting rigid tubing. The fitting accepts any standard G 1/4in threaded component.
The body is machined from diamond-knurled brass for a secure grip during installation. Because of the internal finish the manufacturer warns that the joint may not be suitable for distilled-water coolants and is not compatible with PrimoChill Opaque or VUE series fluids. Use is at the builder’s own risk.
This adjustable joint removes the need to measure, cut and bend hard tubing to a precise 41 to 69 millimetre span between blocks. The jump is worth it when card slot spacing varies between builds or when a single loop design must serve multiple motherboard layouts. It is not for loops that use aluminium components.

Thread each end into G 1/4in ports on the GPU blocks, then extend the joint between 41mm and 69mm to match the card spacing; the step many miss is tightening both lock rings evenly so the joint stays centred under pressure.
Inspect the O-rings and brass threads during loop drains; replace the joint if the knurled surface shows corrosion or if the adjustable range no longer holds at 41mm or 69mm.
The brass body and G 1/4in threads set the pressure ceiling; exceeding the loop's rated pressure or using incompatible coolants such as PrimoChill Opaque or VUE will cause leaks before the adjustable mechanism itself fails.
