25-Pack Letter-Size Hanging Folders

This 25-pack supplies letter-size hanging folders in five assorted colours. Each folder accepts 8-1/2 x 11-inch documents and holds up to 30 sheets. The set suits offices, classrooms or home filing systems that need colour-coded organisation. Sturdy paper stock and coated rod tips keep folders sliding smoothly on rails.

Adjustable Tabs and Expandable Bottom

Replace single-colour packs or worn folders that lack adjustable tabs. The 1/5-cut slots accept the included clear plastic tabs and paper inserts so labels can be repositioned as categories change. A scored bottom gusset expands to accommodate thicker files without buying separate expandable folders.

Rail Compatibility and Capacity Check

Verify that your filing cabinet or box uses standard letter-size rails before ordering. Each folder holds approximately 30 sheets, so estimate total sheet volume against the 25-folder limit. The 10% recycled paper stock is not waterproof; avoid damp storage areas.

Questions about this item

What rail width do the 11.8-inch folders need on my filing cabinet?

These folders are built for standard letter-size rails; the 11.8-inch length matches the common 11.75-inch rail spacing used in most drawers.

How do I attach the clear tabs so they stay aligned?

Slide each clear plastic tab into the 1/5-cut slot, then insert the paper label; the tab locks in place and the coated rod tips keep the folder gliding straight.

When will the paper stock or rod tips need replacing?

The 10% recycled paper stock handles 30 sheets per folder; replace a folder if the bottom score tears or the rod tips no longer glide smoothly.
