Hanging folders for letter documents

These folders hold letter-size papers in a standard filing system. Each box contains 25 folders made from 11 point acid-free stock that resists fading. The 1/5-cut tabs create five distinct labelling positions for quick section reference. They are suited to everyday filing at home, in the office or at school.

Suited for simple alphabetic or project filing

The five tab positions work well for straightforward categorisation. Users who need more than five sections per drawer will find the tab count limiting. Anyone requiring legal-size accommodation or heavier-weight stock should choose a different folder style.

1/5-cut tab layout decides fit

This single specification sets the number of labelling positions per folder. If your system needs five or fewer sections per drawer the tabs match the workflow. If you need six or more distinct tab positions these folders will not suit the filing structure.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 1/5-cut tabs on the 11 point hanging folders?

Insert each tab into the pre-cut slots on the folder top rail, spacing them evenly across the five positions; the step often missed is pressing the tab fully down until it clicks, otherwise it can slide out when the drawer moves.

What maintenance or replacement will the acid-free 11 point stock need later?

The stock resists fading, so no routine treatment is required; replace individual folders only if the hanging hooks bend or the tab inserts tear after heavy re-filing.

What limit appears first when the box of 25 folders sees sustained daily use?

The hanging hooks on the rails tend to spread before the 11 point stock wears, especially if drawers are overloaded beyond letter-size capacity.
