Heat-Resistant Grill Mat

The Amerbro HJ-HRGM-24x31-0.6BL is a black silicone-coated fiberglass mat built for tabletop grills, portable charcoal units and small propane or gas models. It also serves as a protective pad for air fryers, coffee makers and other hot countertop appliances.

Fits Compact Cooking Stations

Measuring 31 x 24 x .02 inches, the mat sits under most portable grills and pizza ovens without overhang. Keep at least 10 inches between the fire source and the mat when using on a lawn or deck. The thin profile folds flat for storage and frees up counter space when not in use.

550°C Heat Limit

The coating withstands temperatures up to 550/1022, shielding surfaces from burns, stains and scratches during typical grilling sessions. Oil and water wipe away with a damp cloth. It is not rated for direct flame contact or sustained heat above the stated limit.

Questions about this item

What temperature can the HJ-HRGM-24x31-0.6BL mat withstand before it degrades?

The fiberglass core with silicone resin coating on both sides is rated for heat resistance up to 550 degrees Fahrenheit or 1022 degrees Celsius.

Does the thin .02-inch profile trap heat or get hot to the touch during long cooking sessions?

The mat is designed to protect the surface underneath; it does not insulate the top side, so heat passes through while the table stays safe.

What minimum clearance must exist between the fire source and this 31-by-24-inch mat?

Keep at least 10 inches between the fire source and the mat when using it on a lawn or deck.
