8CH DVR with 4×1080P cameras and 2TB HDD

This Annke system pairs a 5MP Lite H.265+ DVR with four wired 1080P outdoor cameras and a pre-installed 2TB hard drive. The recorder accepts TVI, AHD, CVI, CVBS and IP cameras on eight channels. AI human and vehicle detection filters out animals, leaves and rain, sending email alerts with snapshots only for relevant motion. Night vision reaches 100 feet in colour or IR modes.

Suits homes needing four-camera coverage

The kit is designed for buyers who want a complete wired setup with four 1080P cameras and local recording on 2TB storage. It does not suit installations that require more than four cameras out of the box or that need higher-resolution sensors on every channel. Buyers who prefer wireless or battery-powered cameras should consider a different architecture.

2TB pre-installed HDD determines recording duration

The single specification that decides fit is the 2TB hard drive already fitted in the DVR. It sets the total footage retention for all eight channels at the chosen bitrate and resolution. If longer continuous recording or higher-bitrate 5MP streams are required, the drive capacity becomes the limiting factor and would need to be expanded.

Questions about this item

What type of cameras can I connect to the 5MP Lite DVR besides the included 1080P models?

The DVR supports TVI, AHD, CVI, CVBS, and IP cameras, so you can mix analog and IP types on the same recorder.

Will the four included cameras work with my existing analog cabling?

Yes, the 1080P cameras use the same coaxial connections as older analog systems, letting you reuse installed wiring.

How can I verify the AI detection is filtering out animals and leaves after installation?

Check the email alerts — each notification includes a snapshot showing only the human or vehicle that triggered the 99% false-alarm reduction.
