Rack Builds Needing Secure Feeds

Suited for administrators wiring dense server racks or network cabinets who want colour-coded, locking leads that resist vibration. Not suited for setups requiring longer reach, non-locking connectors or a different regional plug standard.

1.2 Metre Locking Length

The fixed 1.2 metre span and C13-to-C14 locking ends are the specification that decides fit; verify that your rack power distribution units and device inlets match this exact combination before ordering.

Questions about this item

What rack PDU outlet and server inlet do the C13 to C14 connectors fit?

The C13 ends plug into standard rack PDU outlets and the C14 ends connect to server power inlets, giving a secure locking fit on both sides.

How do I lock each cord so it will not pull loose during rack maintenance?

Push each connector fully home until the built-in latch clicks, then verify the lock tab is engaged before routing the 1.2 m length through the cable managers.

When should I replace the red cords to keep colour-coded power paths clear?

Replace any cord whose red jacket shows cuts, abrasion or heat discolouration, or whose locking tab no longer clicks securely into the C13 or C14 inlet.
