Designed for iPad mini 4 & 5

This Smart Cover fits the iPad mini 4 and the 5th generation iPad mini. It protects the front screen with a single piece of polyurethane. The cover wakes the tablet when opened and puts it to sleep when closed. It snaps on and off easily for quick removal.

Folds into a multi-angle stand

The cover folds into different positions to support reading, viewing, typing or FaceTime calls. The polyurethane material resists daily wear while keeping the front surface clean. Magnets hold the folded shape securely during use. It adds minimal bulk to the slim tablet profile.

Charcoal Gray polyurethane finish

The Charcoal Gray colour matches the iPad aesthetic while hiding minor scuffs. A single-piece construction means no separate flaps or loose edges to catch. The magnetic hinge aligns automatically each time you close the cover. It leaves the back and sides exposed for those who prefer a lighter feel.

Questions about this item

Does the polyurethane cover trap heat against the iPad mini screen during long sessions?

The single-piece polyurethane design lies flat on the display without enclosing the back, so heat dissipates normally through the tablet's aluminium chassis.

What does the buyer need to already own for this Smart Cover to work?

A compatible iPad mini 4 or 5th-generation model — the cover attaches magnetically and requires no separate power source or adhesive.

Will the magnetic attachment interfere with an older iPad mini 4 that has a screen protector fitted?

The magnets align with the iPad's built-in sensors and work through typical screen protectors without affecting wake/sleep function.
