A 2-port VGA KVM switch sharing one monitor, keyboard, mouse, stereo audio and three USB 2.0 devices between two computers at up to 1920 x 1440 resolution
The ConnectGear UG102 lets one keyboard, mouse, monitor and speaker set operate two computers. It accepts USB 2.0 or 1.1 links and PS/2 peripherals, with video up to 1920 x 1440 at 250MHz bandwidth. OSD menus and front push buttons both switch the active system.
A steel enclosure measures 145mm x 102mm x 40mm and sits on the desk. Three USB Type-A console ports let flash drives, printers or other peripherals stay connected to whichever PC is selected. Stereo audio passes through a 3.5mm jack, while keyboard and mouse use MD-6F PS/2 sockets.
The switch removes the need to unplug and reconnect video, USB and audio cables when moving between two machines. Auto-scan cycles at intervals of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 seconds for hands-free monitoring. Buyers whose workflows involve three or more computers will need a larger KVM.

The switch handles up to 1920 x 1440 at 250MHz bandwidth over its HDB-15F VGA connections.
The console side provides MD-6F for PS/2 keyboard and mouse, HD-15F for VGA, a 3.5 mm headphone jack and three USB Type A ports for shared devices.
Use the front push buttons, hot-key sequences or the OSD menu; the step often missed is ensuring each PC has a sound card if you want stereo audio switching.
