SKU CH-Z9SG-2HYS3

Laminated paper labels with white "S" on dark green striped background, 500 per roll

  • Laminated stock protects the printed letter from wear
  • 500 labels per roll reduce reorder frequency
  • Split alignment marks speed up accurate placement
  • Dark green with white stripes enables instant colour coding
  • White letter S on each label for alphabetic sorting

Alphabetic Color-Coding Labels

These Arden Label S paper labels provide alphabetic color coding for filing systems. Each roll contains 500 individual letter labels showing a white S on a dark green background with white diagonal stripes. The laminated stock protects the print during handling and long-term storage. They suit offices, schools and archives that use standard alphabetic indexing.

Laminated Durability and Handling

The laminated surface resists smudging, moisture and abrasion in daily filing work. Split alignment marks on each label help users position them quickly and accurately on file folders. No special equipment is required; the labels peel and apply by hand. The roll format keeps the 12000 series labels organised and ready for high-volume use.

Compatibility and Upgrade Considerations

These labels match existing Tabbies 12000 compatible alphabetic systems, so they integrate without changing current filing layouts. They are not suited for colour printers, barcode scanners or numeric coding schemes that need different label formats. Buyers who need larger label dimensions, different letters or non-laminated stock should select an alternative product.

Questions about this item

How do I apply the 12000 "S" labels using the split alignment marks?

Peel each label from the roll, line up the split marks on the file edge, press the clear skirt around the tab, then smooth the laminated surface to remove air bubbles.

Will the laminated coating or adhesive on these 500-count rolls degrade over time?

The lamination protects the printed "S" from abrasion and moisture; replace individual labels only if the adhesive loses tack or the dark-green stripes fade.

What is the first limitation I will hit when labeling large volumes continuously?

The roll holds 500 labels, so you must pause to load a new roll once those are applied.
