Deep mini-ITX server board with dual 10GbE LAN, PCIe 5.0 x16 and DDR5 ECC support for AMD EPYC 4005/4004 and Ryzen 9000/8000/7000 CPUs
This deep mini-ITX board fits AMD Ryzen 7000, 8000 and 9000 series processors plus EPYC 4004 and 4005 CPUs in socket AM5. It provides four DDR5 DIMM slots with ECC support, one PCIe 5.0 x16 slot, an OCuLink connector and a single M.2 slot. Two onboard 10 GbE ports use the Broadcom BCM57416 controller.
The dual 10G LAN and compact 6.7 by 8.2 inch layout suit storage nodes, edge appliances or hyper-converged clusters where rack space is limited. ECC memory support targets workloads that require data integrity. Builds needing multiple GPUs, additional PCIe x8 slots or more than one M.2 drive should consider a larger form factor.
The two RJ45 ports are the defining feature for network-heavy deployments, delivering 10 GbE throughput without add-in cards. If a project requires 25 GbE, fibre interfaces or a higher port count, this specification will not meet the requirement.

Both EPYC 4004 and 4005 series are supported on the AM5 socket, so the choice depends on the core count and thermal envelope you need.
Two RJ45 ports driven by a Broadcom BCM57416 controller provide 10 GbE throughput each for high-speed storage or clustering traffic.
The OCuLink connector runs at PCIe 4.0 x2, limiting attached devices to two lanes of fourth-generation bandwidth.
