ASUS Prime AP202 Ryzen 9 9950X3D RTX 5080 Gaming PC

The ASUS Prime AP202 is a new gaming desktop built around an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D 16-core processor running at 4.3GHz and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card with 16GB GDDR7 memory. It targets enthusiasts who want a pre-assembled, liquid-cooled system ready for 4K gaming and heavy multitasking straight out of the box.

128GB DDR5 2TB NVMe 1000W liquid-cooled bundle

The system includes 128GB of DDR5 memory across four populated slots, a 2TB NVMe solid-state drive for fast storage, and a 1000W power supply unit. A 360mm liquid cooler manages CPU thermals, while Windows 11 Home is pre-installed so the machine ships tested and ready to play. Component brands may vary across the build.

Ideal for 4K gaming and content creation not

This desktop suits users who need 16-core processing power and high-end GPU performance for rendering, streaming or competitive play at maximum settings. The full-size chassis and 360mm radiator require ample case clearance, so builders planning a small-form-factor setup or a minimal power budget should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How often should the 360mm liquid cooler be maintained or its coolant replaced?

The sealed 360mm liquid cooler is maintenance-free for its service life; no coolant replacement is required unless a leak or pump failure occurs, in which case the whole unit is swapped.

Under sustained gaming load, does the 1000W power supply or the 360mm liquid cooler hit its limit first?

The 1000W supply delivers up to its rated output, while the 360mm liquid cooler is sized for the Ryzen 9 9950X3D and RTX 5080 thermal loads; whichever component reaches its thermal or power ceiling first will throttle to protect itself.

What are the typical noise and heat levels when the system runs all day with the 360mm liquid cooler and 1000W supply?

The 360mm liquid cooler keeps CPU and GPU temperatures in check with low fan speeds at idle, and ramps up under load; the 1000W supply fan remains quiet until high power draw increases its speed, so sustained operation stays within expected acoustic and thermal ranges.
