ASUS ROG Strix G16 16" WQXGA Gaming Laptop

The ASUS ROG Strix G16 G615LP-XS97-HID15 is a 16-inch gaming laptop built around an Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card. It ships with Windows 11 Pro, 128 GB of DDR5 memory, and 8 TB of PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe storage. The 240 Hz IPS-level panel covers a 2560 x 1600 resolution.

Ideal for creators needing 128 GB RAM

This configuration suits professionals who need 128 GB of DDR5 memory and 8 TB of NVMe storage for large datasets or video timelines. The 24-core Arrow Lake processor handles heavy multithreaded workloads. Buyers who only need mainstream gaming performance or a lighter chassis should consider less dense configurations.

240 Hz 2560 x 1600 IPS display drives GPU choice

The 16-inch WQXGA screen runs at 240 Hz with a 2560 x 1600 native resolution. That refresh rate and pixel count define the workload for the RTX 5070 with 8 GB GDDR7 video memory. If your workflow or games do not benefit from a 240 Hz 2.5K panel, a lower-spec display may reduce cost.
