High-end gaming desktop

The ASUS ROG Strix Helios GX601 White is a pre-built gaming desktop PC powered by an Intel Core i9-14900KF 24-core processor running at 3.2GHz. It targets enthusiasts who want immediate high-frame-rate gaming and multitasking headroom without assembling parts themselves. The system ships with Windows 11 Home installed and tested.

Liquid-cooled chassis with dual storage

A 360mm liquid cooler manages thermals for the 14900KF inside the Helios GX601 case, which includes RGB lighting and Wi-Fi connectivity. Storage combines a 2TB NVMe SSD for rapid boot and load times with a 2TB SATA III HDD for bulk capacity. Four DDR5 slots are populated with 64GB total, leaving no free slots for future memory expansion.

RTX 5060 Ti 8GB GDDR7 graphics limits

The GeForce RTX 5060 Ti connects via PCI Express x16 and provides 8GB of GDDR7 memory, supporting virtual reality applications. Its 8GB frame buffer and GPU tier set the practical ceiling for 4K ultra settings and heavy ray-tracing workloads. The 750W power supply delivers rated output for this configuration; builders planning significantly higher-tier GPU upgrades should verify headroom.

Questions about this item

Does the PCI Express x16 slot on the RTX 5060 Ti limit bandwidth compared to newer standards?

The graphics card uses a PCI Express x16 interface, which provides full bandwidth for the RTX 5060 Ti without bottlenecking the 8GB GDDR7 memory.

What case clearance is needed for the 360mm liquid cooler and full-size graphics card?

The ROG Strix Helios GX601 chassis is designed to fit the 360mm radiator and a full-length RTX 5060 Ti; verify your space matches this full-tower footprint.

Is the 64GB DDR5 memory installed as a matched kit, and which slots are populated?

The 64GB DDR5 RAM fills all four slots as a factory-matched kit; do not mix modules when upgrading to maintain stability.
