Built for high-refresh gaming

The ASUS ROG Strix Helios GX601 White pairs an 8-core Ryzen 7 9700X running at 3.8GHz with a Radeon RX 7800 XT that carries 16GB of GDDR6 memory. 128GB of DDR5 and a 1TB NVMe SSD plus 2TB HDD give you headroom for modern titles and heavy multitasking. Windows 11 Home is installed and the system ships tested and ready to play.

Thermals noise and power

A 360mm liquid cooler handles the CPU while a 750W power supply feeds the complete build. The combination keeps temperatures in check during extended sessions without relying on aggressive fan curves. Power draw scales with the workload of the 8-core processor and the RX 7800 XT graphics card.

What the bundle changes

The 360mm liquid cooler and 750W power supply are pre-installed and matched to the components, removing the need to select or mount them yourself. WiFi and RGB lighting are integrated into the chassis. Buyers who want more storage bays or a different cooling approach should note the fixed internal layout.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 360mm liquid cooler in the GX601 case, and which step do people usually get wrong?

The cooler is pre-installed and pressure-tested before shipping. The step people skip is removing the transport brackets and checking that the pump header is connected to the CPU_FAN header on the AM5 motherboard.

What maintenance or replacement will the 360mm liquid cooler need later?

The sealed loop requires no refilling. After several years you may need to replace the pump or radiator fans if noise increases or coolant temperatures rise under sustained load.

What limit appears first on the 750W power supply during sustained gaming?

The 750W unit powers the Ryzen 7 9700X and Radeon RX 7800 XT with headroom for the 128GB DDR5 kit. Sustained loads will hit the PSU’s thermal protection before its wattage limit.
