System purpose

The ASUS ROG Strix Helios GX601 White is a liquid-cooled gaming desktop built around an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D 16-core processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card with 32GB GDDR7 memory. It targets enthusiasts who want a pre-assembled Windows 11 machine ready for 4K gaming and heavy content creation without selecting individual parts.

Sustained-load behaviour

A 360mm liquid cooler handles the CPU while the 1200W power supply feeds both the 16-core chip and the RTX 5090 during extended sessions. The 64GB DDR5 memory and dual-storage layout — 2TB NVMe SSD plus 2TB SATA III HDD — keep large project files and game libraries accessible without thermal throttling or storage bottlenecks.

Compatibility checks

Verify that your workspace accommodates a full-tower chassis with a 360mm radiator and a triple-slot graphics card. Confirm the AM5 motherboard’s four DDR5 slots match any future upgrade plan and that the 1200W unit’s cable set reaches your preferred routing. The system ships with Windows 11 Home installed and WiFi enabled.
