ATS Cables CAT6 Plenum Ethernet Cable 1000ft 23AWG 550MHz Blue

Plenum-rated Cat6 cable for in-wall runs

This 1000 ft bulk Cat6 cable carries a CMP plenum rating, making it suitable for installation in air-handling spaces such as drop ceilings and raised floors. The low-smoke, non-toxic jacket meets fire-safety requirements for commercial and residential building codes. Solid 23 AWG copper-clad aluminium conductors are designed for reliable performance over extended cable runs. It is supplied in a pull-box for easier handling during installation.

Tested to 550 MHz bandwidth

The cable is verified to 550 MHz, supporting Gigabit Ethernet and higher-speed data applications across the full 1000 ft length. Four colour-coded twisted pairs (white/blue, white/orange, white/green, white/brown) maintain signal integrity for structured wiring projects. The unshielded UTP construction keeps the cable flexible for routing through conduit and tight plenums. ISO/IEC and RoHS compliance confirms adherence to recognised industry standards.

Low-smoke jacket reduces fire hazard

The plenum-grade CMP jacket limits flame spread and emits minimal smoke and toxic fumes if exposed to fire, protecting occupants and equipment in ventilation spaces. Solid conductors generate less insertion loss than stranded alternatives on long horizontal runs, helping maintain signal quality without additional amplification. The pull-box packaging prevents tangling and kinks, reducing physical stress on the conductors during deployment.
