HDMI to Dual SDI Converter

The AUBEAMTO unit converts a single HDMI source into two identical SDI feeds for broadcast and post-production workflows. It accepts resolutions up to 4K at 60 Hz and downscales the output to 1080P at 60 Hz. The aluminium alloy enclosure houses HDMI input and dual SDI outputs with a DC power adapter included.

Video Production and Long-Run Installations

This converter suits camera operators and AV integrators who need to extend signals up to 800 metres over SDI cable while retaining HDCP 2.2 and 2.3 compliance. It is not a bi-directional device and cannot convert SDI back to HDMI. Users requiring 4K SDI output or multi-format scaling should look at alternative equipment.

4K 60 Hz Input to 1080P 60 Hz Output

The decisive specification is the maximum input resolution of 4K at 60 Hz paired with a fixed 1080P 60 Hz SDI output. This downscaling behaviour determines whether the converter matches your camera chain or monitoring requirements.

Questions about this item

Does the 1080p 60 Hz SDI output degrade after hours of continuous operation?

The converter maintains 1080p 60 Hz output as long as the 5 V 1 A supply remains stable; aluminium alloy housing aids heat dissipation.

How loud or hot does the aluminium chassis get during all-day use?

No fan is fitted; the aluminium alloy enclosure runs warm but stays quiet under constant 1080p 60 Hz conversion.

Which cables and power source must I already have to connect a 4K 60 Hz HDMI camera?

You need an HDMI cable rated for 4K 60 Hz, two female SDI cables for the dual outputs, and a 5 V 1 A DC supply (adapter included).
