AUBEAMTO T001A 6 ft Optical Cable

The AUBEAMTO T001A is a six-foot Toslink cable with male-to-male connectors for digital optical audio links. It carries uncompressed PCM and compressed 5.1 to 7.1 surround formats such as Dolby Digital Plus, DTS-HD and LPCM between sound bars, TVs, game consoles and AV receivers.

Square Toslink connectors and flexible 5.0 mm jacket

Each end uses a precision square plug that seats with a simple push into any standard S/PDIF port. The 2.2 mm fiber core is protected by a double braided nylon sleeve that resists kinking, so routing behind furniture or through tight cabinet gaps rarely causes signal loss.

Triple shielding and gold-plated contacts

The cable uses a copper conductor with triple shielding and 24-karat gold-plated terminals that resist corrosion over long-term use. This construction maintains consistent light throughput during extended playback sessions without the intermittent dropouts seen on thinner unshielded leads.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the T001A cable is passing uncompressed PCM or 5.1 to 7.1 surround sound after connecting it?

Play a Dolby Digital Plus or DTS-HD test track on your source device and verify your AV receiver displays the matching format indicator; the 24k gold-plated connectors and triple-shielded fiber core maintain signal integrity for those formats.

What comes with the T001A and what must I supply myself?

The box contains the 6 ft male-to-male Toslink cable with 24k gold-plated connectors and a double braided nylon shell; you only need devices that each have a digital optical audio Toslink (S/PDIF) port.

Which version of the AUBEAMTO Toslink cable should I choose for my setup?

This model T001A is offered in a single 6 ft length with gold/black finish, OD2.2/5.0 mm construction and 24k gold-plated male connectors; select it when that length and connector type match your equipment.
