Audiovox nFace128 Access Control Terminal

The Audiovox nFace128 is a multi-modal access control terminal designed for office environments. It combines facial recognition, fingerprint scanning and IC card verification in a single device. The unit uses a HD binocular camera with automatic visible light fill for low-light conditions. It suits businesses needing flexible identity verification methods.

Capacity for 1000 Users and 100000 Records

The terminal stores up to 1000 face templates, 1000 fingerprint templates and 1000 card users. Transaction logs hold 100000 records before overwriting occurs. This capacity covers typical small to mid-sized company workforces. Larger organisations exceeding these limits would require additional terminals or a different system.

TCP/IP Network and U-Disk Data Transfer

The device communicates over TCP/IP for real-time data exchange with management software. It also supports uploading and downloading data via U-disk for offline administration. No wireless or cloud connectivity is included. Integration depends on compatible access control software supporting the TCP/IP protocol.

Questions about this item

Will the nFace128 connect to my existing door strike and exit button?

The unit provides relay contacts for door control and supports Wiegand input and output, so it can drive a standard electric strike and work with an external exit button or reader.

How can I confirm the terminal is recognising faces and fingerprints correctly after installation?

Enroll a test user, then use the 4-inch touchscreen to watch the live camera view and verification result; successful matches show the user name and unlock the door in real time.

Does the package include the IC cards and mounting hardware I need to start enrolling 1,000 users?

The box contains the nFace128 terminal, a mounting back-plate with screws, and a quick-start guide; IC cards and a 12 V power supply are sold separately.
