  • HD binocular camera identifies users quickly in low light
  • TCP/IP link gives stable, high-speed data transfer
  • U-disk upload and download simplifies user management
  • Stores 100000 records and 1000 face templates for large teams

4-inch facial fingerprint access terminal

The Audiovox nFace128 combines visible-light facial recognition, fingerprint scanning and IC card verification in a single 4-inch terminal. It stores up to 1,000 face templates, 1,000 fingerprints and 1,000 card users, with a log capacity of 100,000 records. The HD binocular camera adjusts to ambient light and activates fill illumination in darker conditions.

TCP/IP and U-disk data management

The unit connects to a local network via TCP/IP for real-time attendance data exchange with management software. Employee enrolment and log backups can also be transferred offline using a U-disk, removing the need for a permanent network link during setup. Wall mounting uses the supplied bracket; power and network cables are routed through the base.

Capacity and environment limits

The 1,000-user ceiling suits small to medium organisations but will not cover larger workforces. Facial verification relies on visible-light imaging, so extreme backlighting or total darkness beyond the fill-light range can reduce recognition speed. The terminal has no battery backup, so a power outage halts operation unless an external UPS is provided.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the nFace128 terminal is working correctly after installation?

After setup, enroll a test user with face, fingerprint and IC card, then confirm each method logs an entry in the 100,000-record buffer and appears in the ADMS software via TCP/IP.

What comes in the box with the nFace128 and what must I purchase separately?

The terminal itself is included; IC cards for the 1,000-user card capacity, a U-disk for data transfer, and network cabling for TCP/IP are not supplied.

Which capacity version of the nFace128 should I choose for my staff size?

The single model supports 1,000 faces, 1,000 fingerprints and 1,000 cards with 100,000 records, so choose it if your workforce fits those limits.
