Opotion: Select nFace128 + ID Card

  • Multi-method verification with face, fingerprint and IC card options
  • HD binocular camera enables fast and accurate personnel identification
  • TCP/IP communication provides fast entry speed and stable data transmission
  • U-disk upload and download support simplifies user management
  • 1000 user capacity with 100000 records meets company staff size demand

Verification methods

The Audiovox nFace128 terminal combines face, fingerprint and IC card verification in a single unit, giving small to mid-sized offices flexible authentication options. A built-in HD binocular camera adjusts to ambient light and activates visible fill light in darker conditions for consistent recognition.

Capacity upgrade

With space for 1,000 users, 1,000 fingerprints, 1,000 faces and 100,000 event records, the device replaces smaller standalone readers that max out at a few hundred entries. The jump is worthwhile when headcount or audit-trail requirements exceed those lower limits.

Communication limits

TCP/IP provides the only network link, so the terminal must sit on a wired LAN segment; no wireless or cellular fallback is included. Data can also be moved offline via U-disk, but real-time monitoring depends entirely on the Ethernet infrastructure being available.

Questions about this item

What mounting hardware is required for the nFace128 terminal?

The unit is designed for wall mounting; the package includes a back-plate and screw kit so you only need a drill and suitable wall plugs for the surface.

Which step do installers most often skip when setting up the nFace128?

After wiring the TCP/IP cable, many forget to register the admin face and fingerprint before enrolling regular users, which locks them out of the management menu.

When will the HD binocular camera need cleaning or replacement?

Wipe the dual lenses with a microfibre cloth whenever recognition slows; the camera module itself is solid-state and only requires replacement if physically damaged.
