  • TCP/IP network link for stable, real-time data sync
  • USB flash-drive upload and download simplifies record management

Multi-mode verification for small teams

The nFace128 combines facial, fingerprint and IC card authentication in a single desktop terminal. It stores up to 1,000 users for each method and holds 100,000 event records. A 4-inch screen and HD binocular camera capture faces quickly, while automatic fill light assists recognition in dim conditions.

TCP/IP and U-disk data handling

Network connectivity via TCP/IP links the unit to attendance software for real-time record transfer. A U-disk port allows offline upload and download of user data and logs without a live network connection. The binocular camera adjusts to ambient light, so the device remains usable in varied indoor lighting.

Replaces separate readers and paper logs

This terminal consolidates a standalone card reader, fingerprint scanner and manual sign-in sheet into one device. The jump is worthwhile when a workplace needs contactless face entry alongside fingerprint backup for up to 1,000 staff and wants centralised records without maintaining multiple pieces of hardware.

Questions about this item

How does the TCP/IP connection handle data transfer with the management software?

The TCP/IP link provides real-time communication between the terminal and the management software so attendance records and user data synchronise immediately after each verification.

What wall space and mounting hardware are required to install the unit?

The device is designed for direct wall mounting; allow roughly a 4-inch footprint and use the supplied bracket and screws to secure it to a flat surface.

What is the correct order for registering users so the face, fingerprint and IC card data link to the same profile?

Create the user profile first, then enrol the face, fingerprint and IC card sequentially under that profile; enrolling a credential before the profile exists is the common mistake.
