Face, Fingerprint and IC Card Verification

The Audiovox nFace128 terminal combines visible-light facial recognition, fingerprint scanning and IC card reading in a single unit. It is intended for businesses that need a flexible way to register employee attendance without relying on a single biometric method. The device stores up to 1,000 face templates, 1,000 fingerprints and 1,000 card users. Organisations with larger workforces will find the capacity insufficient.

TCP/IP Network and U-Disk Data Transfer

Communication with management software is handled through a wired TCP/IP link, providing a stable connection for real-time record synchronisation. An alternative path for moving data is the built-in U-disk port, which allows manual upload and download of attendance logs. Environments that require Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or cloud-based syncing cannot use those methods with this hardware.

4-Inch Binocular Camera with Fill Light

A 4-inch HD binocular camera captures depth information for fast, accurate face matching even in low light, automatically activating a visible fill light when needed. The terminal is designed for indoor mounting at entry points where staff pass daily. Outdoor installation or exposure to direct weather is not supported by the described construction.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 1000-user face model or a higher-capacity version?

The nFace128 stores up to 1000 face templates, 1000 fingerprints and 1000 card users, matching its 100000-record log capacity for mid-size offices.

How fast is the 4-inch HD binocular camera at recognising a face in a real office?

The binocular camera adjusts to ambient light, activates visible fill light in darker areas and verifies a face in under one second using ZKTeco's multi-modal algorithm.

What does TCP/IP communication cap in practice for this terminal?

TCP/IP links the unit to your network for real-time attendance uploads, remote user enrolment and centralised ADMS management without extra wiring.
