4.3-Inch Touchscreen Access Terminal

The Audiovox zFace1300 is a facial and fingerprint access control terminal designed for office environments. It combines a 4.3-inch high-definition touchscreen with visible-light facial recognition, under-screen optical fingerprint scanning, and IC card reading. Standard TCP/IP and USB flash drive communication enable straightforward data integration. An IP65 protection rating supports installation in demanding indoor conditions.

Small to Medium Sites Needing Multi-Modal Entry

This unit suits businesses that require up to four thousand enrolled users across face, fingerprint, and IC card credentials with a log capacity of three hundred thousand records. Optional WiFi and ID card modules add flexibility for expanding requirements. Organisations needing larger user databases, built-in WiFi as standard, or outdoor-rated housings beyond IP65 should evaluate alternative models.

4000-User Capacity Across Three Biometric Modalities

The decisive specification is the combined enrolment limit of four thousand users for facial templates, fingerprint templates, and IC cards, paired with a three hundred thousand event log. If the planned deployment exceeds any of these thresholds, a higher-capacity terminal is required.

Questions about this item

How is the zFace1300 mounted and what wiring step is often missed?

The unit is wall-mounted using the supplied bracket; the step often missed is connecting the door-lock relay and exit-button wires to the terminal block before sealing the back cover.

Which consumable or module will need replacement first on the zFace1300?

The optical fingerprint sensor window is the only part that degrades with heavy use; plan to replace the sensor module when read errors rise.

What limit appears first during continuous operation of the zFace1300?

The 300000-record log fills first; once full, new events overwrite the oldest entries unless logs are offloaded via USB or TCP/IP.
