Avigo 12W-H3-4MH-DO1-B 4x3MP 2.8-8mm CMOS Dome Surveillance Security System

Four-camera 3MP dome kit

This Avigilon surveillance system includes four dome cameras, each delivering 3-megapixel resolution through a 1/3-inch CMOS imager. The varifocal lenses cover a 2.8mm to 8.0mm focal range, letting installers adjust the field of view for each location. H.264 and MJPEG codecs handle video compression for recording or live monitoring. The kit suits small businesses or residential perimeters needing multiple fixed viewpoints.

Passive cooling and PoE power

Each dome unit relies on passive thermal dissipation with no moving parts, so operational noise is effectively silent. Power is drawn through Power over Ethernet cabling, eliminating separate power supplies and reducing cable runs. Typical draw per camera stays low, allowing a single PoE switch to feed all four units without exceeding common port budgets. The sealed dome housing protects the imager and lens from dust and moisture in indoor or sheltered outdoor mounts.

Flexible mounting and cabling

The compact dome form factor fits flush to ceilings or walls, leaving the surrounding surface free for lighting or signage. Varifocal adjustment is made at the camera, so installers can fine-tune coverage without swapping lenses or returning with different hardware. A single Ethernet cable per camera carries both data and power, simplifying routing through conduit or trunking. The system integrates with standard ONVIF-compliant recorders or Avigilon software, leaving storage and analytics choices open to the installer.
