8 MP Bullet Camera for Outdoor Surveillance

The Avigilon H5A bullet camera captures 8 megapixel video at 25 or 30 frames per second. Its 1/1.8 inch sensor switches between colour and monochrome modes for day and night monitoring. Designed for surface mounting, it suits installers who need a single weather-resistant unit covering wide to mid-range views.

Varifocal Lens 4.9 to 8 mm Adjustable Field of View

The motorised lens spans 4.9 to 8 millimetres, letting installers set the exact angle of coverage without swapping hardware. This range decides whether the camera fits a specific scene width. Buyers who need a fixed wide-angle or a longer telephoto reach must choose a different lens specification.

Network Power and Low-Light Operation

The camera connects through a 100BASE-TX RJ45 port using CAT5e cabling, carrying both data and PoE power on one cable. Typical draw stays within standard PoE limits, so no separate supply is required. Infrared illumination handles low-light scenes without audible fans or moving parts.
