Four-channel multidirectional camera

The Axis Communications 02633-001 P3735-PLE combines four 2 MP sensors in a single housing for 360° coverage. Each channel streams at 30 fps and deep learning analytics run on the edge. Flexible mounting options suit indoor and outdoor installations. Axis Edge Vault protects device integrity and cryptographic keys.

Replaces multiple fixed cameras

One unit covers angles that previously required several separate devices, reducing cabling and VMS licences. The jump is worthwhile when a site needs simultaneous views in four directions with consistent image settings. Integrated IR illumination with individually controlled LEDs removes the need for external illuminators in low light.

Installation and common issues

The camera mounts on walls, ceilings or corners using standard Axis brackets and connects with a single network cable for power and data. Configuration is handled through the web interface or Axis device management tools. Installers should verify that the VMS supports multi-sensor stream handling to avoid recording gaps.
