Hydraulic Filter Element for Loaders and Graders

This Baldwin Filters PT8455-MPG cartridge uses Maximum Performance Glass media with a 20 micron rating. It measures 18-5/16 inches in length and 4-5/32 inches in outside diameter with a 13/32 inch inside diameter. An O-ring is included for sealing.

Suits JCB and John Deere Equipment

The element fits JCB 426 Series, 434S, 436 Series and 456 Series loaders as well as John Deere 1063 Tree Harvester and F106, F106A Motor Graders. It is not for applications requiring a different micron rating, thread connection or dimensional envelope.

Simple Cartridge Swap

Installation consists of removing the old cartridge, lubricating the supplied O-ring and fitting the new element into the existing housing. The main risk is damaging the O-ring during insertion or failing to seat it fully, which allows unfiltered bypass.
