6-pack FRS radios for teams

The Baofeng BF-88ST bundle supplies six licence-free FRS two-way radios with 16 pre-programmed channels. Each unit ships with a rechargeable battery, belt clip, earpiece, hand strap and the set includes a six-way multi-unit charger and adapter. FCC certification 2AJGM-BF88ST confirms compliance for immediate use in hotels, warehouses, churches or similar venues where group communication is needed.

Check power and programming needs

The pack requires a 22.2 V supply for the multi-unit charger and each radio runs for about 4.5 hours on its packed battery. Verify that your mains voltage matches the adapter and decide whether you need CHIRP software to adjust CTCSS/DCS privacy codes beyond the factory presets. The fixed antenna cannot be swapped, so confirm the integrated design suits your environment before ordering.

Fixed antenna, shared charger, ready for group use

The non-removable antenna is sealed inside a rugged shell for durability and up to 3 miles of range in open conditions. A single six-bay charger replenishes all units together, freeing individual outlets and reducing cable clutter. VOX hands-free operation, LED torch, monitor, scan and TOT functions are built in, while the included earpieces allow discreet listening during shifts.

Questions about this item

What accessories come in the box and what must I buy separately?

The bundle includes six radios, six 1500 mAh rechargeable batteries, six belt clips, six earpieces, six hand straps, a six-way multi-unit charger, an AC adapter and an English user manual. No extra items are required for basic operation.

Which version should I choose for a team that needs simple, licence-free channels?

The BF-88ST comes pre-programmed with 16 FRS channels and is FCC certified (2AJGM-BF88ST), so it works out of the box without a licence.

What does the 3-mile range claim mean in everyday use?

The quoted 3-mile figure applies to optimal line-of-sight conditions; buildings, terrain and interference will reduce the practical talking distance.
