12V 7AH SLA battery pack

This four-pack of 12V 7AH sealed lead-acid batteries uses AGM technology for maintenance-free operation. They serve as direct replacements for UB1280, NP8.5-12, PS-1280, GP1280 and BP8-12 models in UPS units, alarm panels and backup systems. Each cell is non-spillable and approved for air transport.

Check voltage and dimensions before ordering

Verify that your device requires a 12V nominal voltage and can accept the physical size of the original UB1280 or NP8.5-12 battery. Confirm the terminal layout matches your existing connections to avoid wiring issues. These units are not suitable for applications needing a different voltage or chemistry.

Sealed design runs silently with no cooling needed

The absorptive glass mat construction recombines over 90% of gas generated during normal use, so there is no electrolyte loss or venting. No fans or active cooling are required and the batteries operate without audible noise. Expected service life is 4-7 years in float applications.

Questions about this item

Does the 4-pack include cables or mounting hardware, or must those be bought separately?

The pack contains four sealed 12 V 7 Ah AGM batteries only; cables, brackets or terminal adapters are not included and must be sourced separately.

Which of the listed replacement codes — UB1280, NP8.5-12, PS-1280, GP1280 or BP8-12 — should I choose for my device?

All five codes refer to the same 12 V 7 Ah form factor; any one of them matches the batteries in this 4-pack, so select the code that appears on your existing unit.

What does the 90 % gas recombination figure mean for everyday UPS use?

Over 90 % of gas generated during normal charging recombines inside the sealed case, so the batteries stay maintenance-free and can operate in any orientation without electrolyte loss.
