Universal charger with four D cells

The Vanson V2299 charges AA, AAA, C, D and 9V NiMH or NiCd cells, handling two or four batteries at once. A microprocessor selects the correct current and stops automatically when a cell is full, using negative delta V detection. The bundled pack includes four AccuPower AccuLoop D batteries rated at 10000 mAh and 1.2 Volt.

Pre-charged low self-discharge cells

The supplied D cells arrive pre-charged and hold 85 percent of their capacity after a year in storage. They have no memory effect, support up to 1000 recharge cycles and deliver a high discharge rate for demanding devices. This chemistry saves money compared with single-use alkaline equivalents.

Check your power socket and device fit

The external AC adapter accepts 100 to 240V AC at 50 or 60 Hz, so verify the plug type matches your mains outlet. Confirm that your equipment uses standard D-size cells, as the charger only accommodates the listed cylindrical formats. The unit measures 5.0 by 6.7 by 2.5 inches and requires a free socket for the adapter.
