Belkin Cat 6 8 ft patch cable

The Belkin A3L980-08-BLU-S is an 8 ft Category 6 patch cable with RJ-45 male connectors on both ends. It is built for wired network connections between routers, switches, computers and other Ethernet devices. The blue jacket provides easy identification in a rack or at a desk. Snagless boots protect the locking tabs during installation and removal.

Suited for standard Cat 6 runs.

This cable fits home and office networks that use unshielded twisted-pair wiring. It works where an 8 ft blue UTP patch lead is required. Buyers who need shielded cable for high-interference environments should look at a different product. Installers who require a different length or colour will need another option.

Category 6 rating determines supported speeds

The Cat 6 designation is the single specification that defines the bandwidth and crosstalk performance of this cable. It sets the maximum data rate and frequency the link can reliably carry. Verify that your network equipment and installation standards call for Category 6 before purchasing.
