Category 6 copper cable with RJ-45 connectors spans 25 ft for Gigabit networks
This Belkin A3L980-25-GRN-S cable provides a 25-foot Category 6 connection with RJ-45 male connectors on both ends. The copper conductor supports Gigabit Ethernet speeds for wired networking. The green jacket offers easy colour coding in structured cabling installations.
It upgrades any Cat 5 link that cannot reliably handle 100 Base-T or Gigabit traffic. The Category 6 specification reduces crosstalk and supports higher bandwidth than the older standard. The jump is worth it when existing cables cause dropped packets or speed negotiation failures.
Builders needing a single 25-foot patch lead for routers, switches or wall plates will find the length practical. Installations requiring shielded cable, plenum rating or lengths beyond 25 feet should look at alternative products.

Each RJ-45 male connector adds roughly 45 mm beyond the cable jacket, so allow that depth behind the patch panel or wall plate.
Route the unshielded cable without sharp bends, seat each RJ-45 plug until the tab clicks, and avoid pulling on the jacket when tightening.
Replace it if the RJ-45 tabs break, the jacket shows kinks or cuts, or link lights drop to 100 Mbps on a Gigabit port.
