A 10-ton hydraulic crimper with nine die pairs for 12–2/0 AWG lugs and 1/8″ wire rope, one-hand spring return and 180° head rotation
This 10-ton hydraulic crimping tool is built for professionals who terminate battery cables, welding leads and general electrical wire. It ships with nine die pairs covering 12 AWG through 2/0 AWG plus a dedicated 1/8-inch die for stainless-steel wire rope. The tool is new and ready for daily workshop use.
The single specification that decides fit is the 12 AWG to 2/0 AWG crimping range paired with the nine included dies marked 12.10.8.6.4.2.1/0.2/0. If your connectors fall outside this AWG span or you need a die size not listed, this tool will not cover the job.
A return spring on the handle allows one-hand crimping, while a one-way latch makes die changes fast. The head rotates 180° for access in tight spaces, and the vinyl-dipped grip resists slipping. The 0.56-inch stroke completes each crimp cycle cleanly.
Measured against everything we stock in Air & Hydraulic Power Tools, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

The tool generates 10 tons of hydraulic force, enough to compress lugs and terminals from 12 AWG up to 2/0 AWG in a single stroke.
The 0.56-inch stroke sets the maximum jaw travel per squeeze, so each crimp cycle completes within that distance before the handle spring returns.
Yes, the set includes dies for 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1/0, 2/0 AWG plus a dedicated 1/8-inch die for stainless steel wire rope.
