Hydraulic crimping tool delivers 10-ton force for 12 AWG to 2/0 cables with nine dies and 180° head rotation
The BFKK hydraulic crimping tool delivers 10 tons of force for terminating battery cables from 12 AWG to 2/0. It is built for automotive technicians, marine electricians and DIY enthusiasts who need reliable lug connections on heavy-gauge wire.
The kit supplies nine hexagonal die sets covering 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1/0 and 2/0 AWG plus a 1/8" die for cable railing. Hardened steel dies with a chrome finish crimp stainless terminals tightly, while the 180° rotating head lets you reach lugs in tight compartments without repositioning the tool.
A pressure on-off control and internal return spring allow true one-handed cycling; release the button and the jaws open automatically. Users must match each die to the exact wire gauge to avoid under-crimped lugs, and the hydraulic ram should be bled if pressure feels low after extended use.
Measured against everything we stock in Air & Hydraulic Power Tools, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

The kit includes nine hardened-steel dies covering 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1/0 and 2/0 AWG plus a 1/8" die; any worn die can be swapped individually.
The hydraulic ram is rated at 10 tons, so that pressure ceiling is the first limit reached under sustained use.
The hand-operated pump runs silently and generates negligible heat, while the 180° rotating head lets you work without awkward wrist strain.
