1U Sliding Shelf for 19 Inch Racks

This 1U sliding rack shelf mounts in standard 19 inch cabinets and adjusts between 14 and 22 inches deep. It suits installers who need quick access to tower units or other non-rackmount gear inside a four-post frame. The shelf slides clear of the enclosure so equipment can be serviced without removal.

Vented Steel Build with 60LB Rating

Cold rolled steel at 16 gauge gives a durable powder coated finish that resists rust and corrosion. Slotted venting across the surface promotes airflow around installed devices. The shelf supports up to 60LB of equipment while remaining light enough for single-person installation.

Includes M6 Hardware for Four Post Racks

Eight M6 screws, eight cage nuts and eight washers come in the box for immediate mounting. The design targets four-post racks with adjustable depth rails. It does not suit two-post relay racks or cabinets without front and rear mounting points. Buyers needing deeper extension or higher load ratings should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How far will the shelf extend before it stops sliding?

The rails adjust from 14 to 22 inches deep, so the shelf stops at the depth you set within that range.

Does the vented steel get hot or noisy after hours of loaded operation?

The 16-gauge cold-rolled steel with slotted venting stays cool and silent because it has no moving parts or fans.

Will the included M6 hardware fit my existing 19-inch four-post rack?

Yes, the eight M6 screws, cage nuts and washers are made for standard 19-inch square-hole posts.
