25U 19" Adjustable Depth Server Rack

This 25U open-frame rack fits standard 19-inch network equipment. The mounting depth adjusts from 24 to 38 inches to suit different device lengths. It is built for home labs, test labs, data centres and home theatre installations.

Sustained Load Performance

The all-rivet steel frame uses 2.0mm cold-rolled steel rated for a 1700lbs static load on casters and 1200lbs on leveling feet. Horizontal rails add structural rigidity and spread equipment weight across the four posts for long-term stability.

Installation Experience

The rack ships double-boxed with clear instructions and all hardware included. Assembly requires aligning riveted joints and mounting the L-rails, which the manufacturer recommends fitting regardless of immediate equipment plans. The 3-inch casters roll smoothly but the unit is heavy, so two people are advised for initial positioning.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the rack itself add when it runs all day?

The open-frame rack has no fans or power supply, so it produces no heat or noise of its own; only the installed equipment contributes.

What must I already own to mount gear in this 19-inch 25U rack?

You need 19-inch rack-mount equipment and cage nuts or screws to secure devices to the tapped L-rails.

Will my older 24-inch deep switches fit on the adjustable rails?

Yes, the mounting depth adjusts from 24 to 38 inches, so equipment as shallow as 24 inches can be mounted.
