2.5" to 3.5" Drive Adapter for PowerEdge R250 T350

This tray converts a 2.5-inch SAS or SATA drive into a 3.5-inch form factor for Dell EMC PowerEdge R250 and T350 servers. It is intended for administrators adding solid-state or hard-disk storage to those specific tower or rack-mountable systems. Builders working with other chassis or drive interfaces should look elsewhere.

Compatibility limited to PowerEdge R250

The adapter fits only the listed Dell EMC servers that accept 3.5-inch SAS or SATA drives. It will not work in systems requiring a different carrier design, proprietary connector spacing, or 2.5-inch native bays. Verify the exact server model before purchase.

Tool-free tray with included screws for drive

The package supplies one tray, one 2.5-inch adapter frame and eight screws. Installation consists of fastening the drive to the adapter, then sliding the assembly into the server bay. Misaligned screw holes or over-tightening are the most common issues; use the provided hardware and avoid power tools.
