Kit supplies 1200 single and twin ferrules with a ratchet crimper covering 28-5 AWG
This kit supplies a ratchet crimping tool and 1200 terminal sleeves for wire sizes from 28 to 5 AWG. It is aimed at installers and technicians who need a ready-to-use assortment of single and twin ferrules for panel building, control wiring or field repairs.
The set replaces a scattered stock of individual connectors and a simple hand tool with a calibrated ratchet mechanism that self-adjusts to the terminal diameter. The jump is worth it when you crimp regularly and want consistent hexagonal crimps without hand fatigue.
The hexagonal jaws accept only the 0.08 to 16 mm² range stated, so larger power cables fall outside the tool's capacity. The fixed die set also means you cannot change profiles for specialised terminals, and the plastic collar on each ferrule adds a step when stripping very short lengths.
Measured against everything we stock in Ethernet & LAN Cables, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

The tool crimps ferrules for cables from 28 AWG up to 5 AWG, which corresponds to 0.08 mm² through 16 mm² cross-section.
Close the handles until the ratchet clicks, then turn the adjustment dial to increase or decrease force so the jaws meet firmly without excessive effort.
The kit includes 1,200 pieces — 900 single-line and 300 twin-line ferrules — providing ample spares for later repairs or new connections.
