Universal Thunderbolt 4 cable
The BFKK Thunderbolt 4 cable delivers 40Gbps data transfer and 240W power delivery for Thunderbolt 4, Thunderbolt 3 and USB-C devices. It supports single 8K displays at 60Hz or dual 4K monitors at 60Hz. Compatible with laptops, docking stations, eGPU enclosures, SSDs, monitors and phones including iPhone 15 and 16 models.
Thermals noise and power
The cable handles up to 240W charging at 48V/5A with an integrated E-Marker chip for safe power negotiation. It is backward compatible with 100W, 140W and 180W profiles as well as PD3.1, QC4.0, FCP and AFC fast-charging standards. Passive construction means no active cooling or audible noise during operation.
Certified USB-IF compliance
USB-IF certification confirms the cable meets official USB4 electrical and mechanical requirements. The E-Marker chip enables automatic capability detection between host, charger and peripheral. Buyers needing longer reach beyond 1 metre or angled connectors for tight ports will need a different cable.

Questions about this item
How do I plug the BFKK Thunderbolt 4 cable into my MacBook and external SSD for 40Gbps transfer?
Connect the USB-C ends directly to the Thunderbolt 4 ports on both devices. The step people miss is using a port that actually supports Thunderbolt 4 — many USB-C ports only run at USB 3.2 Gen 2 speeds.
Will the E-Marker chip or 240W charging capability degrade and need replacement?
The E-Marker chip is passive and does not wear out. The cable handles up to 240W (48V/5A) and is backward compatible with 100W, 140W and 180W chargers, so no scheduled replacement is required.
What limits 8K@60Hz output during a long editing session?
Sustained 8K@60Hz or dual 4K@60Hz depends on the host and display both supporting the full Thunderbolt 4 bandwidth; if either device drops to a lower mode, the cable cannot overcome that limit.
